Hey! I’m Colten - born and raised in Prince Albert, now based in Saskatoon while finishing my Bachelor of Commerce.
I’m a proud member of the Métis Nation and someone who’s always followed my curiosity. After studying Integrated Resource Management and working in forestry, I built a photography business, discovered my passion for real estate and finance, and eventually became a licensed Mortgage Associate.
Today, I help people buy their first home, refinance to consolidate debt, and renew their mortgages at better rates - and my service is completely free to you. I’m big on clarity, honesty, and making the whole process way less stressful than it needs to be.
And at the heart of it all? My dream is simple: combine my love for photography with the freedom to travel, while helping people across Saskatchewan make confident, informed moves in their home journey. Mortgages may be serious, but working with someone shouldn’t feel heavy - I’m here to make it straightforward, approachable, and genuinely helpful.
